Who would have thought that I would be working with such innovative and full of vision architects in Davao City.Introducing Arch.Kristin Lu and Builder Ramesis Michael Lu. This couple has been busy lately as to how will they contribute to Davao's progress in terms of real estate. Until such time, after several drafts, we have come up of a concept to one of its properties in Puan making it a Thai-themed community. And we called it Amiya Resort Residences.

After we opened the site in public, my colleagues in photography and in films have been calling me requesting Amiya as their location for photoshoots. This prompts me also to bring my friends whenever they visit Davao City. A place that is something new to their eyes. A "thailand" inspired community in Davao City.

Amiya is a 24-hectare property located in Puan, Davao City near Apo Golf and Country Club. A lagoon with restaurant and coffee shops will be launched. A 1,500 sqm lagoon will also rise in this property and will be surrounded by spas and casitas. Meditation garden will also be up here promoting healthy lifestyle.
